We are a blank check company incorporated as a Cayman Islands exempted company and formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, amalgamation, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses (an "Initial Business Combination"). This includes conventional and unconventional oil and natural gas assets, pipelines, storage facilities, refineries, and related infrastructure. We will focus on operational assets as well as projects and companies at various stages of development, including those in the pre-construction/development phase, under construction, or already operational.
