Our management team is led by Farbod Pasha Asgharzadeh, our Chief Executive Officer, and James DeAngelis, our Chief Financial Officer.

Since 2023, Farbod has served as a Director of Marine Contracting Division at ARCO Turnkey Solutions and a Marine Projects Director in the Marine Division from March 2023 to October 2023 at Dutco Construction. Between 2021 to 2022 Farbod served as the Division Head at PLC Contracting. From 2017 to 2020 Farbod served as the Project Director at Overseas AST Co. LLC. Farbod received BA degree in Civil Engineering from University College London

James has been a principal of Meteora Capital, LLC, an investment adviser specializing in SPAC-related investments since July 2025,. He has extensive experience with SEC reporting, capital markets transactions, and financial planning. James currently also serves as the Chief Financial Officer of another special purpose acquisition company, Bitcoin Infrastructure Acquisition Corp Ltd (Nasdaq: BIXI). James served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Verus Analytics LLC, a regulatory compliance provider of data-driven property recovery services, from July 2011 until it was acquired by Kroll LLC in July 2020. He then served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Kroll Government Solutions LLC from July 2020 until 2023. In June 2022 he was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Kroll LLC’s Governance and Risk Advisory department, and later that year, he became Director, Finance and Digital Transformation at Kroll LLC until he joined Meteora Capital LLC. James graduated from The University of Connecticut with B.S degrees in biology and physiology, and from Thunderbird School of Global Management with a Masters in International Management. Additionally, he is a graduate of the certificate program from Harvard Business Analytics Program (HBAP).
